To prepare before your eyelash extensions new set and top-up appointments, please keep the following in mind:

1. Avoid perming or lifting your lashes shortly before your lash extension appointment.
2. If you need an old set of lashes removed, kindly inform us in advance so we can allocate sufficient time for your appointment.
3. Refrain from drinking coffee and energy drinks on the day of your appointment.
4. Please avoid wearing strip lashes or cluster lashes for at least 2 days prior to your appointment. Strip lash glue is very difficult to remove and if it remains on your eyelashes, that can interrupt with longevity of your new set.
5. Arrive at the appointment without any eye make-up. Properly remove all eye make-up, using an oil-free makeup remover. Please note that the time spent on removing make-up or washing the lashes will be included in the appointment duration.
6. Take out your daily contact lenses and bring your glasses with you. It is important to have your lenses removed during the application process. You shouldn’t wear them for 24 hours after your appointment.
7. Before your appointment, it’s recommended to have a bath or shower and wash your hair. You shouldn’t expose your new lashes to moisture for 24 hours after the application.
8. For 24-48 hours following the lash extensions application, it’s advised to avoid wearing any makeup, visiting the sauna, swimming pool, or getting a spray tan. We also advise to let your new lashes set properly for 24 hours before any trips (for example plane flights). Please plan your schedule accordingly.
9. Due to the nature of the products and equipment used, we kindly request that you do not bring children or pets along during your treatment. Children (any person under 16) are not permitted on the premises and we will need to cancel your appointment.
10. We advise washing your natural lashes and eyelash extensions with an oil-free foaming face wash. We recommend Eyelash extensions foaming face wash or shampoo, they can be purchased from us, or online. Washing your extensions with water alone will not effectively remove grease, sebum, bacteria, and debris buildup. Neglecting proper cleaning may lead to bacterial infections and a shorter lifespan for your eyelash extensions.
