Before we book your treatment, we will see you for a short consultation. We will perform a patch test and review your health and medication to make sure there are no contraindications to the treatment. Our aim is to create a safe and personalised treatment plan just for you.

Initial Treatment:

The second step involves booking your initial appointment. Before we start the lip blush procedure we will apply a numbing cream for a pain free experience. Once the cream has taken effect, we will draw your lip blush template. Your preferences matter to us, and we will offer guidance if we feel that certain colours or shapes may not suit your natural skin tones or facial features. We do not outline the lips outside the natural lip line.

The Lip Pigmentation Process:

We reserve 2.5 hours for the initial appointment, but the lip pigmentation itself takes around 60-90 minutes, and the rest of that time is spent on drawing the shape and preparation . We start by outlining the lips, that can create a borderless line that will not be visible after healing, or a more defined line. Once the outline is ready, we lightly powder the colour in the lips to create a lip blush look. The light blush of colour that is sheer and looks natural.

Touch-Up Appointment:

To perfect the results, we will see you for a complementary touch-up appointment. This session should take place 4-6 weeks following your initial treatment. It’s a relatively quick process, typically taking no longer than an hour. Some clients find the touch-up session may not be necessary, and opt out from it. Those who do require minor touch-ups, this appointment is just for that precisely, we’re here to make sure you achieve the flawless look you desire.

If for some reason you would like to change the colour that you previously chosen, a touch up appointment is not the session during which we can address that. If you wish to change the colour, we will need to book a new appointment where we would have enough time to go through the whole new process.

Keep your lips moisturised throughout the healing process. We recommend to apply a healing cream containing panthenol, vit B5 such as Bepanthen cream, a minimum of three times per day.

2. Barrier Cream:

Immediately after your treatment, we will apply a barrier cream to protect your freshly tattooed lips. Leave the cream for 24 hours, refrain from touching the lip area, and simply let them be. This will protect your skin from bacteria and other pollutants.

3. Gentle Cleansing:

After the initial 24-hours, use sterile water or saline solution to wash your lips thoroughly. Avoid any harsh or abrasive cleansing agents. Apply the recommended aftercare cream using a fresh cotton bud to prevent contamination. Never touch the cream with the cotton bud that was in contact with your skin to prevent spreading bacteria and to contaminate it.

4. Hygiene Precautions:

It’s important to maintain good hygiene during the aftercare process. Always use a fresh cotton bud when applying the aftercare cream to avoid infecting the cream and potentially your skin. Get a new pillow case. Always wash your hands well before touching your lips.

5. Drink Through a Straw:

Avoid direct contact with your lips and any potential irritants. Use a straw when drinking. This will prevent unnecessary contact with the tattooed area and promote healing.

6. Avoid Hot and Spicy Foods:
