I have been coming to Justina for years and I could not do without her! I have tried many eyelash extension technicians over the years and she is by far the best. She really knows her stuff- she listens to what you want but is great at advising if that would work for your natural lashes/ face shape etc too. You really feel you are in expert hands. My lashes last the longest and she gives details after care too. I have also had my eyebrows treated with semi permanent make up and the results far exceeded my expectations. It is the best my brows have ever looked and i have previously been to well known London bases clinics – paying far higher a price for way poorer service. My brows didn’t bleed and healing was minimal because she had done them so well. They look so natural. I am now in the middle of a peel and pink glow journey and already loving the results. Justina’s knowledge on her treatments is amazing, she really is an expert and perfectionist. She is always on time, her salon is lovely and couldn’t recommend more!

I have been going to The Beauty Bar for 3 years for Lash extensions and eyebrow semi permanent makeup. Firstly Justyna is the best therapist I have ever been too and I’m teacher trained in beauty therapy so seen lots of work! Her precision, dedication, passion is extremely high and she creates the most fantastic results. I had micro blading prior to going to her and she corrected poor work with instant results. The salon is beautifully located in Ware with a car park across the road so is easily accessible. The service is great and is easy from booking to the treatment itself. Justyna takes so much time and care in what she does! She is very professional and really cares about her work. She does my lash extentions beautifully and always makes sure I’m happy before I leave her salon. She waxed and tinted my brows yesterday for the first time, and I have to say I will definitely be going back to her from now on. She takes so much time on them and they were honestly perfect! I have been going to Justyna for about two and a half years for eye lash extensions and also recently semi permanent make up for eye brows. My eye lashes have always been on top form and I have never experienced damage to my natural lashes. With my eye brows she has totally fixed them after microblading, which I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, pointless treatment. What Justyna has done looks so much more natural and worthwhile. Justyna has from day one been courteous and professional, her wealth of knowledge around her profession is unbelievable I feel totally secure and confident in her hands. Justyna is honest and her clinic is always in prestige condition. I wanted to get my eyebrows done for the first time in my life and had no idea where to go. A teenage cousin (that’s how desperate I was!) recommended microblading. I done a quick internet search and ended up at a knightsbridge salon for a consultation. I came out of that meeting with eyebrows drawn on like slugs and was advised to get the microblading done asap. It all felt rather rushed and I was slightly uncomfortable. Then a friend of friend heard I was on the lookout for new eyebrows and miraculously she recommended Justyna to me. Justyna’s location was quite far from me but well the rest is history. Justyna was professional, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgable on what suited my face and honest. As far as I’m concerned she undercharges for her quality of work and it speaks for itself that she is consistently booked up. Her website was informative and image friendly. Since my eyebrows turned out so beautifully, I soon returned to have my eyelashes done and I recieved an excellent service once again. I am writing this review as i go home on the train and already one guy has chatted me up!! I’m sure that’s due to my brows and lashes

I went to Justyna earlier this year to top up my semi permanent eyebrows after a different technician. She was very professional, thorough and friendly throughout the whole process and was available if I needed advice during the healing process. I am extremely pleased with my new eyebrows. I have been visiting Justyna since July 2018 for eyelash extension. I was completely against extension and haven’t looked back since my first set of lashes largely due to the fact of Justyna’s professionalism and knowledge. On my second appointment, I remember Justyna telling me about all of the other treatments she offered including semi-permanent eyebrows. I was excited about this as I had my eyebrows done previously but they were faded and had gaps. Straightaway Justyna advised that to do my eyebrows I would need to have the old colour removed. This was something I didn’t want to do. A few months later Justyna offered me to be a correction model. I was delighted. When I came for my appointment and unbeknown to me – considering I see my face every day. My eyebrows were wonky! One higher than the other and one thinner than the other! I cannot explain how odd they were.

Justyna wasn’t sure if she could proceed as they were so wonky. It was then she decided to freehand draw my new brows and see if she could get the shape and make them not so odd. All the way through checking I was happy with them. Once Justyna and I were happy with the shape we went ahead. I was apprehensive at first as I did not have any numbing cream on, that said I didn’t want to take the drawing off. Justyna reassured me that I would be ok. I went through the whole procedure with no numbing cream.

I can say 100% that not having the numbing cream was absolutely ok. It is not painful at all and in fact, Justyna said it will help to keep the colour in by not having the anaesthetic cream. When I saw the finished brows I nearly cried they were actually what I wanted and not odd! They are not identical but one is not higher than the other and they are the same thickness. The colour match was spot on! They look natural but ready to go! Not a reddish tone.

I highly recommend semi-permanent eyebrows! You can just get up and be ready for the day. I got my original brows from a well-known beauty shop 3 years back and now from going to Justyna, I would not go anywhere else. I was talked through every step, how colour reacts and how to get the best results. The compliments just keep coming for my new and improved brows. Justina is amazing at lashes and really knows how to set each individuals eye off perfectly. I’ve been to other lash techs in the past who have given conflicting advice to that I receive from Justina. Their lashes never lasted, were uncomfortable and too large for my lashes which in turn damaged my natural lashes. I’ve been with Justina 6 months now, returning every 2-4 weeks dependant on my natural lash loss and night outs. She’s an absolute star and I’m so pleased I never have to worry about clumpy mascara lashes again. I have been having my lashes done with Justyna for the past few months. Having had lashes in other salons in the past there is just no comparison. So many friends have commented on how amazing they look. They are so natural and it makes getting ready so quick and easy as I no longer have to wear any eye make-up. Justyna always does an amazing job with my lashes, before I came to her I used to go somewhere else in Hertford town to get them done and always thought they were good until I came to Beauty Bar and realised my old lashes had way too much glue on them, looked clumpy and you could literally feel the glue with your fingers, which meant I couldn’t help but pick them out !
Justyna’s lashes are done so seamlessly on every lash, you can’t feel any glue at all and they last until the next infill is due.

Simply the best! I hadn’t had lash extensions before and was a bit dubious getting something done so close to my eye (I was a little nervous the first time) but Justyna is a true pro and put me at ease.
I am now addicted to getting my lashes done and am also considering getting my brows tattooed there too.

So glad I found Justyna! I had previously had my eyebrows microbladed elsewhere, after being sucked in by a too good to be true half price offer. Did I ever learn the lesson ‘you get what you pay for’ the hard way.
I had no idea what microblading consisted of, only that it was the ‘buzz word’ in semi-permanent make up at the time. My eyebrows ended up uneven, the wrong shape for my face and, at the time I ended up at Justyna’s in desperation, a weird faded bluey grey colour.
After, (on Justyna’s advice), going through a procedure to get the old microblading removed, (by someone Justyna recommended), I finally have eyebrows that I am really proud of. They are a great shape, suit my face and are the perfect colour for my eye/hair colouring. The semi-permanent technique she uses gives a much better, more natural looking result than microblading.
If ever there was an example of someone who thought they were going to get a first class result from a half price offer, it was me. In the end, with the cost of the original microblading, the removal and the new semi-permanent make up, it has cost me way more, in money, time and inconvenience, than if I had come to a professional such as Justyna in the first place.
Thanks so much Justyna, for pulling me out of eyebrow hell! Ha ha.
