What do you need to know before getting eyelashes?

Don’t perm or LVL your lashes for a month before your appointment.

Lashes from another salon need to be removed.

On the day of your appointment do not drink coffee and energy drinks.

Arrive to your appointment without makeup.

Contact lenses need to be removed, bring your glasses with you.

Bath and wash hair before your appointment, you can’t get your lashes wet for 24 hours after the application.

For 24 hours after appointment avoid wearing makeup, visit sauna, swimming pool, or get a spray tan.

Due to the nature of the products and equipment used, children and pets are not permitted on the premises and if you arrive with a minor we will need to cancel your appointment.

Eyelash extensions must be washed with a lash foaming wash/shampoo, and not with just water. Water alone doesn’t remove grease, sebum, bacteria, and debris buildup, and may lead to bacterial infections and poor eyelash retention.

If you plan a holiday or an event please remember to let your lashes set properly for 24 hours before any plane flights, application of makeup etc.
